Perfume fountain – Caron
Blam designed and built a perfume fountain for the Maison Caron, imagined as a central presence in the heart of its new boutique on rue Saint-Honoré. Thought as an object that is both technical and sensitive, the piece accompanies a simple, almost ritual gesture: that of the refill, rendered here legible, obvious, almost natural.
Its vertical silhouette is organized around three concentric crowns of light, where fluted tubes backlit draw a sober and precise shape. The structure is mastered, the details meticulously worked, the mechanics perceptible without ever imposing themselves.
At the workshop, the project was built on a constant search for precision: arrange, refine, observe light, listen to material. Each element has developed through a dialogue between intention, technical requirement and know-how, until finding a balance between formal rigor, functionality and sensitive experience. A luminous presence that structures the space as much as it inhabits it.
